*live action *shortfilm *relationship *comedy *chamber drama
I personally believe that every artform is connected, and navigating between them is easier than how we think. I have a degree in acting, I used to work as a puppeteer, I aslo directed animated documentary shorts at the Filmtett workshop, now I am illustrating children’s books and just started screenwriting for live-action fiction. I am curious, love to plan ahead and to do creative work with seriousness.
What happens when the spark dies out in a long-term, monogamous relationship and one of the partners is desperate to change things while the other one is paralyzed? I am writing a comedy-drama focusing on this question. There are four young people in a living room and I am trying to figure out how the tension between these characters can cause awkward, funny and cringy situations.
